Now, to us courage and confidence can synonymous and they are both, something you feel. So, the question becomes, How do you feel courageous and Confident?

Here’s 5 tips we use to look and feel confident.
Tip#1
Standing Tall, (I know, mind blowing)
But, its true its been scientifically proven that stand more erect, will give you an air of confidence. (give it try) chest out, shoulders back and stand tall. Its a work out that makes you feel good but, you have to practice otherwise, you lose it.
Tip#2
Eye Contact,
Now, for me (personally) there is nothing more sexy than meeting eyes with some one you like. *pleasant sigh* (heart warming.)
So here some tips you could you use now. Next time your out and your face to face with your crush or, someone new look them in the eye when your taking (dont stare)

Tip#3
Good Hyigene
Well, there not much to be said about this but, do take this helpful tip if you find yourself about to get intimate give them the gift of the cleanest you, they’ll enjoy you so much more.

Smiling
Who would of thought, right? something we do so naturally could be a useful component to feeling confident and! its true.
Smiling gives you the air of confidence and, it has a psychological effect.
-Relaxes your body
-Lowers your heart rate
-Lowers blood pressure

Clothes
(I concur, I too prefer the air of nakedness.)
But, wearing clothing can help give you that air of confidence so here are some guide lines when wearing clothes to give you that shape that makes people want to know what you look like naked. next time your out shopping for a shirt maybe jeans buy something that accentuates your shape. Whether it be Ladies or, Gentlemen we all love to see the shape of you.
