Follow The Bunny Return Policy

At Follow The Bunny, your satisfaction is our top priority! To ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Policy – Due to Sanitary Reasons

All sales are final. For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products except in the case of defects or shipping errors.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • All returns must be approved in advance (Return Merchandise Authorization/RMA required).
  • Returns must be in original, unopened packaging.
  • Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued to the original payment method.
  • If the error was ours, we’ll cover the return shipping; otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Unauthorized Returns & Refused Packages

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The remaining value will be credited to your account.

No Returns for Size, Function, or Personal Preference

We do not accept returns based on size, function, or personal preference. Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

How to Request a Return (RMA)

  1. Email Welcome@FollowTheBunny.com with your order number and “Product Return/Exchange” in the subject line.
  2. Allow up to 5 business days for approval and instructions.
  3. Once approved, return the item(s) in original packaging within the 14-day window.
