At Follow The Bunny, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Please read this Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
Defective Products
We will credit or replace defective products only (or for any shipping errors made by our warehouse) within 30 days of purchase. As soon as you receive your product, please open the item and make sure it is working properly. If there is a defective product in your order, you must follow the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process described below.
Please note that items cannot be returned for size or function reasons. Be sure to read the product descriptions carefully prior to ordering.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
If you receive a defective product, you can apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All RMA requests must be approved by Follow The Bunny prior to mailing the defective items back. To request an RMA, please contact us at [Email Address] and select “Product Return/Exchange” in the subject line.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to approve your RMA request. You will receive approval or denial based on our decision via email. If your RMA is approved, please return the item(s) in their original packaging within 30 days to the address provided in the RMA email. Items returned without original packaging will not be credited to your account. Please keep all packaging for the 30-day return period.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with product refunds unless the error was made by us. If the item(s) are found to be defective, we will issue a credit for the shipping. Refunds will be applied to your Follow The Bunny account balance. Refunds will not be issued to the credit card account used to place your order under any circumstances.
Unauthorized Returns
Follow The Bunny does not accept unauthorized product returns directly from customers for any reason. You will be charged for all undeliverable or refused packages, and such products will be returned to stock. You will be credited for the returned product in an undeliverable or refused package, less a 25% restocking fee. Follow The Bunny will contact you via email if the package was returned by the shipper.
